The Fine Print
Ticketing & Admission
• Reservation required in advance
• Entry is granted only to registered guests with confirmed booking
Age Restriction
• The event is strictly 18+
• Guests may be asked to present a valid government-issued ID at entry
Dress Code
• The dress code for the evening is casual chic
• Guests are encouraged to wear elegant yet relaxed attire suitable for a stylish rooftop evening
• The venue reserves the right to deny entry to anyone not adhering to the dress code
Code of Conduct
• Respectful behavior toward staff and other guests is mandatory
• Disorderly conduct, harassment, or excessive intoxication may result in removal without refund
• No unauthorized photography, filming, or drones allowed
Payment & Refund Policy
• Full payment due at the time of reservation
• No refunds unless the event is canceled by the organizer
• If canceled (e.g. due to weather), a refund or rescheduling option will be offered
Weather Policy
• The rooftop is an outdoor space — please dress accordingly
• In case of poor weather, the event may be rescheduled
• Decisions will be communicated via email or phone to registered guests
Liability
• Attendance is at guests’ own risk
• Sofitel Frankfurt Opera is not liable for lost belongings, injuries, or damages sustained during the event
Privacy & Media Consent
• By attending, guests grant Sofitel Frankfurt Opera permission to use event photos/videos for marketing purposes
• Personal data will be processed according to GDPR and Sofitel’s privacy policy
Force Majeure
• Organizers are not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond control (e.g. natural disasters, government orders)
Governing Law
• These terms are governed by German law
• Legal disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Frankfurt am Main
